Courting her Secret Heart by Mary Davis:

Deborah feels she is not needed and finds other things to do. Being Amish she has to keep it a secret. Then Amos is there helping after her Dad fell and injured himself. Amos did notice her leaving and wanted to know where. I felt bad for Deborah since none of her family noticed. This is second in a series but definitely a stand along. This is a very fast reading book since it is so good. Loved all the children in the book, especially the youngest one.

Dry Creek Daddy by Janet Tronstad

The Dry Creek series has been one of my favorite in Love Inspired. I love that Mrs. Hargrove is in all the books. This is a really touching story. Mark finds out he is a father to a four year old boy. Mark had been in a coma and recovering from it. Hannah has been a really great single parent. Will she let Mark be a father to their son Jeremy. Also had a cat in the story and Jeremy and Callie was really good friends. Nothing like a pet to help a child. Even though this is an series the book is a stand alone but if you haven’t read any of the earlier books in the series you will love them. I received this book as part of my monthly Love Inspired books.

Snowbound with the best man by Allie Pleiter

I really enjoyed the story of Bruce and Kelly and their young daughters. Carly and LuLu really hit it off and wants to be sisters. They become matchmakers. Kelly is trying to put a wedding together and the best man comes early. The snow comes so will the wedding happen? I am loving the Matrimony Valley series, I could really see both of the books in the series would make good Hallmark movies. The children in both books really brings so much to the story. I am looking forward to reading the more in this series. The characters are so real.

A baby for the Minister by Laurel Blount

Once I started reading this book I did not want to stop reading. The characters seem to come alive. Jacob is a Minister and is determined to help Natalie after her groom left her. There was one character that I did not like, he wanted to run things at church. When you read the book you will know what I mean. The goat in the book was so cute. This was my first book by Laurel Blount and definitely will not be my last. I really enjoyed her writing.

Reunited with the Rancher

This is a start of a new series, I cannot wait until the next one comes out. I loved Mercy Ranch. Carson goes back to the ranch that his mom took him away from. Carson is a widow with 3 small children, one that has autism, children bring so much to a story. The ranch has dogs they are training for therapy dogs. Kylie works at the ranch with all the animals and disabled veterans. This is a very special story.
